Grilled Pork with Mustard Sauce |

Ingredients
4 pork tenterloins, 6-8 oz each
1/4 lt. cream
2 diced sour gherkins
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 small diced onion
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
Salt & pepper
1 tsp flour dissolved in cold water to thicken sauce.
Directions
Flavor meat with mustard, salt and pepper.
Grill meat and place aside.
Prepare sauce: heat in pan (where meat was grilled) cream with mustard, gherkins and onions.
Add vinegar and sugar. Thicken sauce with flour. Add meat back to sauce , heat and serve.
