Spinach with Eggs and Noodles

Ingredients

8 oz. (225g) noodles
8 oz. cooked spinach
4 eggs
Half a pint of cheese sauce
1 tablespoon grated cheese
half an ounce (12g) butter

Directions

Pre-heat the oven to 350F, Gas Mark 4, 180C

Cook the noodles in boiling, salted water for 10 minutes

Drain and add the butter, then put in a shallow fireprof dish

Spread the cooked spinach on top. Shape 4 nests in the spinach and break one egg in each. Season with salt and pepper

Pour the sauce over the eggs,sprinkle with cheese and bake for 25 minutes in the pre-heated oven
