I don't know anyone who doesn't love French toast for breakfast!
Ingredients
1/2 cup of dairy eggnog
1 egg
4 to 5 slices of thick bread
Powdered sugar (or cinnamon sugar) for dusting
2 tablespoons of butter
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the egg and the eggnog. Dip sliced bread into the egg mixture.
Turn over the bread and allow to sit in the egg mixture for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
In a pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and saute bread.
